Our Story

Why Prime Care Nurses Was Founded

Prime Care Nurses was founded from a deep respect for caregivers and a passion for serving the senior community.

In 2017, while working as a Finance Manager at one of the busiest Toyota dealerships in Florida, our founder had the opportunity to work closely with many nurses and healthcare professionals. Through those experiences, he witnessed firsthand the dedication, compassion, and sacrifices caregivers make every day while caring for seniors and families in need.

Inspired by the stories shared by healthcare workers and recognizing the growing need for reliable home care services, the vision for Prime Care Nurses was born — a company built on compassion, dignity, professionalism, and community impact.

With a background in administration, operations, and computer science, the foundation was created for a healthcare company that combines compassionate caregiving with modern technology to improve accessibility, coordination, and quality of care.
